This entry-level position is perfect for a motivated individual eager to learn the ropes of building maintenance alongside experienced professionals. You will travel between sites, gaining hands‑on experience as you assist with the day-to-day upkeep of critical healthcare infrastructure, ranging from plumbing and electrical repairs to general carpentry and safety inspections. Your work is fundamental to keeping these vital facilities running smoothly, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients and medical staff alike.

We believe in balance and professional development, which is why this role offers a stable Monday through Friday day shift schedule. This is more than just a job; it is a gateway to a long‑term career in a high‑demand industry. If you are ready to build your technical skills while making a tangible impact, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and optimize HVAC systems with a primary focus on rooftop units (RTUs), while supporting associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • Coordinate, schedule, and escort vendors and contractors, serving as the on‑site point of contact to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Support critical building infrastructure, including HVAC and generator systems serving IT and other mission‑critical spaces, while assisting with change control processes and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and operational documentation while ensuring compliance with facility standards and safety requirements.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job‑related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions and apply innovative thinking to your work.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
