Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in EE/CE/EET.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• US work eligibility without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical engineers in design, development, and validation of HVAC control products.
• Assist with laboratory testing, troubleshooting, and product validation activities.
• Build, assemble, and modify prototype hardware, test fixtures, and evaluation platforms.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept experiments and document results.
• Create engineering documentation including test reports, BOMs, specs, drawings.
• Support sustaining engineering for released products and investigate issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem solving for improvements.
• Assist with cost reduction and value engineering through component evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements.
• Collect, organize, and analyze engineering data for decisions.
• Learn and apply engineering best practices for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Present project findings and recommendations to engineering teams.
