Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, inspect, repair, install and replace electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in HVAC, heating, ventilation, humidification and refrigeration equipment.
• Read and interpret HVAC, electrical, and plumbing schematics, blueprints, drawings, manufacturers' manuals and technical sheets.
• Plan and layout work in proper sequence, determine material and labor requirements and order materials.
• Operate University vehicles, including trucks and snow removal equipment and respond to emergency calls.
