Job summary

Munters is seeking an HVAC electrical assembler to read schematics, assemble wiring harnesses, and wire components in HVAC units on the production floor. The role requires following BOMs, ECNs, and work instructions, with emphasis on safety and quality assurance.

Candidates should be able to install sensors and controllers, connect wiring to motors and panels, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Overtime and weekend hours may be required to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams for HVAC equipment.
• Experience assembling wiring harnesses and installing sensors/controllers.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain safe, organized work area and follow QA processes.
• Physical ability to move up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work from schedules, BOM, drawings and ECN to prepare wiring harnesses.
• Connect and terminate wiring to motors, power supplies, panels and accessories.
• Install sub-assemblies, sensors and controllers in HVAC units.
• Perform QA inspection and keep in-process paperwork up to date.
