The role demands hands-on experience with wiring, schematics interpretation, and the use of hand and power tools. A high school diploma and 3-5 years in electrical assembly are preferred; lean concepts and NEC knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience reading schematics, ladder diagrams, and blueprints.
• 3-5 years related experience in electrical assembly.
• Familiarity with NEC code requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and harnesses per specs.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Install and secure wires, terminals, and connectors.
• Perform basic electrical tests and visual inspections.
• Maintain production records and comply with safety rules.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet targets.
