Essential Job Functions

• Cross-Trade Maintenance & Repair: Perform service calls, repairs, replacements, and installations for electrical equipment, HVAC/R units, and plumbing systems across commercial, industrial, and critical power environments.
• Code & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres strictly to local, state, and federal building codes, as well as site-specific procedures and safety standards.
• System Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Utilize testing tools to read schematics, evaluate low-voltage controls, and troubleshoot complex trade systems efficiently.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Maintain a professional demeanor while coordinating directly with clients, facility management, and internal team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Trade Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience, with practical knowledge of commercial electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Certifications & Licensure: Valid EPA-approved refrigerant handling certification. Valid driver's license required to operate company-provided service vehicles.
• Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Physical & Environmental Demands: Ability to position self to inspect and repair equipment in tight, low, or overhead spaces; maneuver trade tools and equipment; and work safely across various field and job-site conditions.
• Professional Drive: Ability to work independently or collaboratively, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and work quality.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Capability to successfully pass pre-employment background checking and drug screening protocols.
