Job summary

Safe Air Technology in the United States is seeking an Electrical Panel Technician to join our production team. You will assemble and wire electrical panels and control boxes used in HVAC systems, following technical drawings and instructions to meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or HVAC manufacturing, can read blueprints and wiring diagrams, and pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, per drawings.
• Measure, cut, and route wire and cable assemblies.
• Crimp, solder, connect terminals and plugs with precision.
• Perform continuity and performance tests with meters.
• Inspect final assemblies for specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot build issues.

Position Overview

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and components according to technical drawings and instructions
• Measure, cut, and route wire and cable assemblies
• Crimp, solder, and connect terminals and plugs with precision
• Conduct continuity and performance tests using meters and other tools
• Inspect final assemblies to verify they meet specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve build issues

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or HVAC manufacturing
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Skilled with tools such as wire cutters, crimpers, and testers
