Job summary

ManpowerGroup, Largo, FL, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead electrical analysis and detailed design for HVAC equipment including air handlers, fan coils, and blower coils.

The role supports new product development and sustaining engineering across AHU/FCU/VAV platforms, integrating VFDs, EC motors, controllers, sensors, and actuators, with both line- and low-voltage systems. You will maintain standards and parts libraries to ensure reliable, compliant designs.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical analysis and detailed design for HVAC equipment.
• Familiar with integrating controls for AHU/FCU/VAV platforms.
• Ability to develop and maintain electrical standards and parts libraries.

Responsibilities

• Leads electrical analysis, detailed design, and controls integration for HVAC equipment (AHU/FCU/VAV).
• Supports new product development, prototyping, lab validation, and MES across AHU/FCU/VAV platforms.
• Integrates VFDs, EC motors, controllers, sensors, actuators, and line- and low-voltage systems.
• Maintains electrical engineering standards, parts libraries, and specification documents.
