Job summary

Sessa Sheet Metal Contractors, Inc. in Baltimore, MD seeks a Trimble FabShop Production Coordinator to support HVAC fabrication. This full‑time, on‑site role converts sketches into fabrication‑ready work and manages nesting, labeling and batch release.

Ideal candidates have Trimble FabShop experience, SMACNA knowledge and strong attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate priorities with project managers and shop leadership to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience using Trimble FabShop or comparable HVAC fabrication software.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot Trimble FabShop and related HVAC fabrication equipment.
• Working knowledge of SMACNA standards for duct construction.
• Ability to read and interpret field sketches and shop drawings.
• Strong data-entry and organizational skills for production records.

Responsibilities

• Review fabrication sketches for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter fittings into Trimble FabShop and manage nesting and release.
• Verify dimensions, materials, gauges, seams and reinforcement per SMACNA standards.
• Coordinate fabrication priorities with project managers and shop leadership.
• Generate reports, labels and production documentation.
• Release batches to shop equipment and monitor output for quality.
