This HVAC sheet metal fabrication role requires hands-on experience fabricating rectangular ductwork from shop drawings, using brake presses and related tools, and coordinating with field crews for timely completion. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with emphasis on precision, safety, and quality workmanship in a team

Qualifications

• HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience required.
• Commercial HVAC duct fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic shop math.
• Knowledge of sheet metal gauges, duct construction, fittings, and fabrication methods.
• Experience operating standard sheet metal fabrication equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, organized, safe-conscious, and team-oriented.
• Produce clean, accurate, quality work.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate rectangular HVAC ductwork and fittings from drawings and measurements.
• Measure, lay out, cut, bend, assemble, and seal duct and fittings.
• Operate brake, Pittsburgh machine, and other fabrication tools.
• Fabricate transitions, offsets, elbows, plenums, reducers, and fittings.
• Read duct drawings, dimensions, and fabrication details.
• Maintain material usage and minimize scrap.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and field crews to ensure readiness.
• Other duties as assigned.
