Job summary

Comfort Systems of Montana in Bozeman, MT seeks an HVAC Customer Service Representative to be the frontline link between customers and service technicians. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, schedule work, and manage maintenance programs while upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

This role requires solid computer skills, proficiency with ServiceTitan, and a customer-focused mindset. You’ll collaborate with managers, dispatch teams, and billing to ensure timely service,

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management.
• Proficient computer skills are required.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM Software, ServiceTitan, Office 365, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Schedule service calls, installations, maintenance visits, and emergency appointments using ServiceTitan.
• Dispatch technicians in real time and optimize routing.
• Track KPIs and generate reports to inform management on scheduling efficiency and revenue performance.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and escalate complex issues when needed.
