Job summary

MAHLE Thermal and Filter Systems US is seeking an HVAC Design & Product Engineering Intern reporting to the Head of AC Design. You will learn MAHLE systems, perform product engineering tasks including VAMAS requests, test setup, data analysis and reporting for review by the team.

Exposure to HVAC module design from a quality perspective, starting with drawings, tolerances, DFMEA and DRBFM. Opportunities to assist in manufacturing plants or customer sites with travel, run HVAC module tests, and

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshman or higher.
• CAD, CAE, Validation - Testing, Analysis & report creation.

Responsibilities

• Learn MAHLE systems and perform Product Engineering tasks (submit VAMAS requests, set up tests, analyze data, generate reports).
• Participate in HVAC module tests and learn DFMEA/DRBFM and quality aspects.
• Assist with manufacturing plant or customer-site tasks when travel is required.
