Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and work in a team.
• Familiarity with building systems and mechanical construction encouraged.
• Experience with Revit or AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC and plumbing system design for commercial projects.
• Support load calculations, equipment selection, energy analysis, and related calculations.
• Prepare and update drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Assist with field surveys to document site conditions and equipment.
• Help with energy compliance documentation and LEED calculations under mentorship.
• Organize work, communicate progress, and help meet project schedules.
