Client Growth Resources, Inc. in Salem, VA is seeking a Mechanical Designer to support the design and documentation of HVAC systems for educational, civic, cultural, and commercial projects.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC design experience, a Bachelor's degree, FE/IE or licensure path preferred, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP to produce construction documents.

Formación

• 2+ years of HVAC design experience.
• FE passed and EIT preferred, or a clear plan to pursue licensure.
• Experience producing construction documents.
• Exposure to Trane TRACE, Carrier HAP, IES VE, or similar.
• AutoCAD and Revit MEP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the design of HVAC systems.
• Prepare construction documents.
• Perform load calculations and energy modeling.
• Perform site visits to verify existing conditions.
• Coordinate with architecture, structural, electrical, and plumbing.
