Requirements include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (or Architectural Engineering with a Mechanical focus) and 5–8 years of HVAC

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HVAC design experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• PE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform full HVAC system design including equipment selection for small to medium commercial projects.
• Analyze system options and evaluate existing systems where appropriate.
• Coordinate all project documentation with clients and internal teams.
• Produce designs using AutoCAD and Revit per architect’s preference.
• Write precise project specifications and provide bid/construct- ion phase support.
