Type: Full-Time/Exempt

Job Summary

Design and draft commercial and residential HVAC hydronic systems, including site visits and customer interaction. Reports to the Engineering & Design Manager.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual, cooperative, dependable, and receptive to guidance.
• Proficient in hydronic system components and layouts.
• Design residential and commercial hydronic systems.
• Conduct site visits and travel as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting hydronic systems with customers.
• Prepare HVAC system proposals and bids.
• Engage with customers, colleagues, and sales teams to address hydronic concerns.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude across departments.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC hydronic systems.
• Experience with TSI software (AutoCad, Visio, Loop Cad, Manual J).
• Hands-on hydronic system installation or construction experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, math skills, and curiosity about science.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
