Job summary

Insco Distributing, Inc. is seeking a Driver / Warehouse Associate in Lubbock, TX. The role combines commercial driving with branch warehouse and counter sales tasks, supporting customers and operations.

The position is hourly, non-exempt, and reports to the Branch Manager. Candidates should have a GED, HVAC experience, and a valid driver’s license. Expect physical duties and potential forklift work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year HVAC industry experience.
• General knowledge of HVAC products preferred.
• At least one year’s experience or driver’s certificate from driving training school.

Responsibilities

• Transport and load/unload items to customer sites or Insco locations.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure excellent service.
• Inspect truck before and after trips; ensure safety gear is in place.
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance and keep vehicle clean.
• Maintain delivery/pickup documentation (proof of delivery, logs).
• Assist with branch operations: receiving stock, picking/shipping orders, inventory tasks.
• Provide counter sales support at the branch as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
