Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Driver to safely transport HVACR products to customers and store locations in the Fort Lauderdale area. You will manage deliveries, verify orders, and support warehouse tasks as needed. A valid CDL and forklift experience are preferred, and a strong focus on safety is required.

This role emphasizes reliable route execution, accurate paperwork, and professional customer interactions in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years of truck driving (26 ft or larger) or equivalent experience.
• Forklift experience and OSHA safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment following DOT/state/federal standards.
• Deliver products to customers and store locations, verify deliveries, and maintain records.
• Prepare routes, adhere to schedules, and communicate issues promptly to supervisor.
• Assist with warehousing tasks and inventory as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections and maintenance.
