Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group is hiring a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in Lowell, AR. You will drive a 26-ft box truck, deliver HVAC equipment to customers and job sites, and support warehouse operations with RF scanners and material handling.

Competenze

• Must have experience driving 26-ft box trucks.
• DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards.
• Experience in warehouse and delivery operations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Mansioni

• Delivery & Driving: Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts, ensure on-time deliveries, load/unload materials, perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain paperwork, and represent the company professionally at every stop.
• Warehouse Support: Pick, pack, and stage orders with RF scanners; receive, inspect, and stock inventory; assist with loading/unloading; support cycle counts and organization.
• Safety & Standards: Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures; keep equipment and workspace clean and organized; take ownership of tasks.
