Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group is hiring a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support our HVACR distribution. You’ll drive a 26-ft box truck, deliver on time, and join a high-performance, team-first culture that values reliability and safety.

You’ll also pick, pack, stage orders with RF scanners, stock inventory, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain accurate paperwork while representing the company professionally.

Competenze

• Experience driving 26-ft box trucks.
• DOT experience or willingness to operate under DOT standards.
• Warehouse and delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Mansioni

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck and deliver HVAC equipment and parts on time.
• Pick, pack, stage orders with RF scanners and stock inventory.
• Maintain delivery paperwork and represent the company professionally at each stop.
