What You’ll Do

• Diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, compressors, pumps, fans, and other components.
• Performing maintenance and replacements on mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting advanced systems such as centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers, and ammonia/hydrocarbon components.
• Conducting mechanical shaft alignment and vibration analysis.
• Installing complete HVAC systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Providing expert recommendations and quotes for system upgrades and repairs.
• Collaborating with apprentices and other mechanics to share knowledge and ensure top-tier service.
• Traveling 10–20% to support customer needs across the region.
• Prioritizing safety in every task.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience.
• Universal EPA refrigerant certification.
• Valid current driver’s license.
• Proficiency in mechanical alignment and vibration diagnostics.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and document service actions.
• Willingness to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices (UA).
• Self‑motivated, safety‑focused, and eager to learn.
• Ability to pass a technical proficiency exam.
