Geary Pacific Corporation in Portland, OR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a frontline contact for customers, assisting HVAC contractors with products, information, and solutions. You will work with showrooms, branches, and suppliers to ensure an accurate and positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely order processing, and helpful product guidance, with opportunities to grow product knowledge and industry expertise within a supportive team.

Formación

• Customer service, sales, or HVAC industry experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Willingness to learn HVAC products, applications, and company procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales orders, quotes, bids, returns, and warranty credits.
• Answer product questions and help customers find the right parts and solutions.
• Research products, specifications, and system matchups using company resources.
• Manage backorders, open orders, pending orders, and delivered orders.
• Set up new customer accounts and process payments accurately.
• Support showroom merchandising, stocking, labeling, and organization.
• Pick showroom and customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist warehouse operations with receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and maintain accuracy.
• Use Mincron, Microsoft Office, and other company tools to support customer service and daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with branch and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
