Job summary

Geary Pacific Corporation in Portland, OR is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for HVAC contractors, helping them find parts, quotes, and solutions.

You will process orders, manage inventory, support showroom operations, and work with branch and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Familiarity with Mincron and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to customers in person and by phone.

• Research products and specifications using company resources.
• Manage backorders, open orders, and delivery status.
• Set up new customer accounts and process payments accurately.
• Support showroom merchandising, stocking, labeling, and organization.
• Pick showroom and customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist warehouse with receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
• Use Mincron and MS Office to support daily operations.
