This role focuses on building long-term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction through collaboration with Sales and Operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years experience in HVAC or services industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with contract customers on a semi-annual basis.
• Support service agreement renewals and escalations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement customer strategies.
• Serve as liaison between Sales and Operations to meet customer needs.
• Ensure timely renewal of service agreements.
