Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a Customer Care Associate in Charlotte, NC to support service agreement renewals and customer retention. The role centers on building long-term trust with clients, coordinating with Sales and Operations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

This hybrid position blends in-office collaboration with remote work. Ideal candidates bring HVAC industry knowledge, 2+ years of experience, and strong relationship-building and presentation skills to drive renewals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years' experience within the HVAC or services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry and key market participants.
• Strong teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with contract customers on a semi-annual basis.
• Support Commercial Service Agreement escalations.
• Partner with operations to build Service Agreement strategies with the Service Contract Specialist.
• Liaise between Sales and Operations to meet customer needs.
• Ensure Service Agreements are renewed on time.
• Track action items to completion and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and forward potential upsell opportunities to Sales Leader.
