Job summary

Carrier is hiring for a Customer Care Associate in a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work near Los Angeles and Sacramento, CA. You will support service agreement renewals and drive customer retention with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years in HVAC/services, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Benefits include comprehensive health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' experience in HVAC or services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry and market.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with contract customers on a semi-annual basis.
• Support Commercial Service Agreement escalations.
• Partner with operations teams to build out Service Agreement strategies with Service Contract Specialist.
• Attend to customer needs and requests, serve as liaison between Sales and Operations teams.
• Ensure Service Agreements are renewed on time.
• Track action items to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work with Sales and Operations leadership to renew service agreements at profitable margins.
• Seek out potential sales opportunities and forward to Sales Leader for assignment.
• Reach out to existing chiller customer base to obtain end user information or Digital service agreements.
