Charlotte Mechanical is a well-respected mechanical contractor in the Charlotte area. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an HVAC Crew Leader to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and developing strong field crews.

Job Purpose

The HVAC Crew Leader helps manage multi-family HVAC construction crews by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; supervising employees and subcontractors; completing quality inspections; and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate job expectations and provide clear directions to HVAC crew members
