Job summary

Charlotte Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Crew Leader to manage multi-family HVAC construction crews in the Charlotte area. You will plan, organize, and direct crews to meet project goals and maintain safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership experience in HVAC installation, a focus on quality workmanship, and the ability to drive productivity and profitability on site.

Responsibilities

• Communicate job expectations and provide clear directions to HVAC crew members.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate job performance and workmanship.
• Coordinate HVAC crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.
• Inspect installations at critical stages for quality and conformance.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support training and development of field staff.
