Job summary

Charlotte Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Crew Leader to manage multi-family HVAC construction crews in the Charlotte area. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and controlling projects while supervising employees and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality installations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate job expectations and provide clear directions to HVAC crew members.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate job performance, productivity, and workmanship.
• Coordinate HVAC crews and subcontractors; schedule and resource planning.
• Implement and maintain production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues; propose improvements to construction management systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national HVAC, mechanical, and safety codes.
• Enforce safety standards to maintain a safe, healthy work environment.
• Stay current with emerging HVAC technologies, practices, and standards.
