• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Help technicians and contractors identify the right part and solve product questions in real time.
• Enter sales orders, process transactions, and handle returns, credits, and warranty claims.
• Keep the front end running cleanly even when volume is high and customers are stacked up.
• Assist with stocking, inventory counts, and helping customers load product safely.
• Build relationships that bring contractors back, treating every interaction as a chance to earn loyalty.
