United Supply, a Rheem company, is seeking an HVAC Counter Salesperson for our Red Bank, NJ branch to support contractors, multifamily properties, and commercial customers with accurate quotes, order processing, and timely deliveries.

This full-time, first-shift role pays $22.00-$29.00 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), medical-dental-vision, life insurance, PTO, and holiday pay. Join a growth-focused team and help expand customer relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist outside sales to meet customer needs.
• Update orders and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse.
• Provide quotes and process orders accurately.
• Place orders to fulfill customer requests.
• Initiate outbound calls for promotions and follow up on sales.
• Assist with inventory and shelf stocking.
• Learn product details and participate in trainings.
• Provide feedback relevant to the business.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
