Job summary

Watsco is seeking a Counter Sales Driver to manage the sales counter and support loads, deliveries, and transport of HVAC freight and materials. The role focuses on delivering strong customer service and processing orders for customers.

The position requires at least 1 year in counter sales, a clean driving record, the ability to pass a DOT exam, and strong sales/customer service skills. Training and safety protocols are emphasized throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year counter sales experience; HVAC industry preferred.
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in a year.
• Able to pass DOT physical and background checks.
• Proven success in sales and customer service; strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and outside sales people, vendors and contractors.
• Showroom merchandising and restocking products.
• Assist in resolving customer relations with dealers and end users.
• Complete sales orders and up-sell related items.
• Load/unload products for delivery; manage deliveries in assigned region.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist warehouse with inventory counts, picking, verifying orders.
