A leading facilities management company is seeking a Pneumatic/Electronic Controls Technician to perform maintenance, testing, and repairs on electronic, electrical, and pneumatic control systems related to refrigeration and HVAC. Candidates should have at least six years of experience, mandatory 3rd Class License or Journeyman Refrigeration License, and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Qualifications

• Minimum of six years’ experience in Commercial Facilities/Operation and Maintenance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance is required.
• MD, VA, or DC 3rd Class License and/or Journeyman Refrigeration License is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, adjust and clean HVAC and associated equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults with HVAC systems.
• Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
