The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a Pneumatic/Electronic Controls Technician in Washington, United States. This role involves maintaining, testing, and repairing electronic, electrical, and pneumatic control systems related to refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Applicants should have at least six years of experience in Commercial Facilities/Operation and Maintenance, hold a MD, VA, or DC 3rd Class License, and ideally possess a Secret or Top Secret clearance. The position offers a competitive salary of $56.28/hr and a robust working environment.
SUMMARY:
The Pneumatic/Electronic Controls Technician performs maintenance testing, and repairs on all electronic, electrical, and pneumatic control systems as related to refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Thorough knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC systems and controls in the building.

This position requires the ability to maneuver around the building site; see, hear and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Performance of essential and ancillary functions requires maintenance of physical conditioning adequate for sitting, walking or standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, throwing, reaching, squatting, stretching, bending for prolonged periods of time; at time lift and carry up to as much as 50 pounds, near visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech with background noise.
In performing the required work, it is required to have the ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, do a lot of walking, use every kind of hand tool, work in hazardous positions, carry heavy tools.

This position is subject to the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Tatitlek Technologies, Inc. and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 99-99A, AFL-CIO.
As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
