LONG Building Technologies in Littleton, CO, seeks an HVAC Controls Technician II to troubleshoot and program temperature control systems per project specs. You will install, service, and mentor apprentices, delivering expert information on the industry and job tasks.

As part of the role, you will handle project start-up, commissioning, and owner training while interpreting mechanical plans, updating drawings, and ensuring LONG standards are met.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of computer/electronic degree or 3–5 years temperature control startup experience.
• Proficient programming and troubleshooting with KMC, Distech, Tridium/Honeywell systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving in software and integration challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Program databases for all supported systems to meet sequences of operation per LONG standards.
• Calibrate and checkout control systems to meet commissioning obligations.
• Create control graphics and GUI deliverables per LONG standards.
• Instruct customer personnel on operation and maintenance of temperature control systems.
• Update drawings and provide as-built documentation; submit redlines to engineers.
• Identify additional service opportunities and assist with start-up, commissioning, and training.
• Mentor controls apprentices on jobsites and work independently on tasks.
