Job summary

Johnson Controls is a global leader in building systems and energy efficiency. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and servicing of complex building automation controls, with direct customer interaction on-site.

You will diagnose complex control malfunctions, provide technical recommendations, manage field projects, and ensure safety standards are met while supporting sales with technical input.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years commercial controls troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• Experience installing and/or servicing electronic control systems and HVAC equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning and servicing of building control systems.
• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through on-site interface.
• Mentor technicians on building automation activities.
• Complete project and service documentation accurately.
• Offer field proposals for retrofits, upgrades, or enhancements.
