Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in electronics or related field or 2 years of industry experience.
• HVAC controls systems knowledge and facilities management familiarity.
• Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people.
• Leadership to support mechanics on non-complex Building Automation equipment.
• PC experience and ability to program HVAC related software.

Responsibilities

• Load system-level controller software and perform basic commissioning.
• Diagnose HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Provide timely service updates and on-site documentation.
• Calibrate systems with basic electronic test equipment.
• Prepare quotes to support recommendations and upsell opportunities.
• Follow safety standards and required safety training.
