Qualifications

• 2-year degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field or at least 3 years of industry experience
• HVAC controls systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques
• Strong interpersonal and professional representation of the company
• Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people; leadership on job sites
• PC experience and the ability to program HVAC related software
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems
• Respond to basic warranty calls and provide high-level service to resolve inefficiencies
• Load system-level controller software and complete commissioning documentation
• Calibrate systems using basic electronic test equipment
• Document changes for as-built documentation and communicate progress to customers
