Qualifications

• Vocational school or associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, or related field plus experience in HVAC servicing.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls systems and facilities management is required.
• Ability to explain technical information to diverse audiences and lead on-site crews.

Responsibilities

• Perform system commissioning using configuration tools and troubleshoot basic HVAC problems.
• Load controller software and run system diagnostics from controllers to end devices.
• Document commissioning activities and provide as-built information.
• Keep customers informed of progress and safety requirements; perform admin tasks.
• Provide recommendations to improve facility efficiency and prepare quotes.
