Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls systems and facilities management.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proficient with PC tools and HVAC-related software.

Responsibilities

• Load system-level controller software and perform commissioning.
• Conduct basic system diagnostics from controllers to end devices and complete documentation.
• Inform management, contractors, or customers about progress and issues.
• Calibrate systems using basic electronic test equipment.
• Complete administrative tasks including time sheets and expense reports.
• Document changes for as-built documentation and communicate on-site.
• Follow safety standards and attend required safety training.
• Provide recommendations to improve facility efficiency and upsell opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
