Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate with a post-secondary HVACR program of instruction (2+ years).
• Two+ years of successful HVACR experience in commercial service or installation.
• Ability to read and apply manufacturers' instructions and communicate clearly with customers and Capstone staff.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Capstone customer satisfaction.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs direct digital control systems on customer sites.
• Understands HVAC control sequences (VAV, make-up air, RTU, hydronic).
• Prepares for on-site work by reviewing layouts, materials, and on-site coordination.
