Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BAS start-up and commissioning experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and BAS principles.
• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting BAS platforms.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks.
• Ability to read complex building drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and program building automation systems.
• Commission systems, test and optimize performance.
• Read electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and diagnose issues.
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians and electricians for seamless integration.
• Complete on-site documentation and reports.
• Provide technical support to customers.
