Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare supply and equipment lists, maintains inventories, and reviews drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Lays out work assignments, delegates tasks, and ensures tasks are allocated to appropriate personnel based on expertise.
• Evaluate employees, handle complaints and grievances, and participate in selection and promotion of employees.
• Track all work orders and inspection requirements; ensure timely closure and compliance.
