Johnson Controls in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced HVAC controls service supervisor to lead field technicians and contribute to commissioning and service work across BMS and HVAC control systems.
You will plan monthly routes, coordinate technicians, troubleshoot, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time service while collaborating with sales, operations, and other teams. Proficiency with BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks and related controls is required.

This role is responsible for leading assigned field technicians while also contributing directly to HVAC controls service work. You will help plan and coordinate service activities, support troubleshooting and commissioning, and ensure customer sites are serviced safely, accurately, and on time.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $36-50 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
