Texas AirSystems is seeking an experienced Controls Service Technician to join our field team in Texas. You will work on startup, troubleshooting, commissioning, servicing, and training for DDC Building Automation Systems, communicating clearly with customers, contractors, engineers, and teammates.
The role requires five years of HVAC building automation experience with Niagara. Travel to customer sites is expected; a valid driver's license is required.

This position requires the ability to communicate clearly with customers, mechanical contractors, mechanicalengineers,andco-workers.
Ability to read andcomprehendsimple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.
Will berequiredto work in a field environment, multiple customer siteson a daily basis.
