• Working knowledge of BAS, HVAC systems, mechanical contracting, or related building systems.

• Manage project documentation, closeout deliverables, and warranty activities.

Our client, an established building automation and HVAC controls organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee BAS projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning, and final client turnover.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAS projects from kickoff through installation, startup, commissioning, client turnover, and closeout.
• Review project specifications, MEP drawings, schedules, and codes to establish project requirements.
