This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing field support team on a 3-year prison construction project consisting of multiple buildings and coordination across numerous contractors and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will possess strong HVAC systems knowledge, troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders.

Pay: $44.41 hourly

Project Overview

• Large men's prison construction project located in Sioux Falls, SD
• Multi-building campus with multiple contractors and subcontractors
• Long-term, 3-year project commitment
• Focus on building and supporting a strong local field operations team

Key Responsibilities

• Perform field troubleshooting, startup, commissioning, and system validation activities for HVAC and building automation systems
• Support HVAC controls systems and coordinate resolutions for technical issues
• Collaborate with subcontractors, project managers, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Review system performance and assist with commissioning efforts
• Track action items, manage follow-up activities, and provide engineering support throughout project execution
• Utilize testing equipment, including volt meters and multimeters, to diagnose and resolve system issues
• Support installation verification and ensure systems are operating according to design specifications

Role Breakdown

Required Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
