Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate material, equipment, and manpower for plumbing system installations. You will oversee project quality and forge strong relationships with contractors and trade partners.

Key duties include maintaining open communication with the project manager, directing field teams, inspecting work, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within defined specs. Willingness to travel and read plans is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Management or related field is desirable; experience may compensate.
• California driver license with good DMV record required.
• 7+ years as a full charge Project Manager/Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain clear communication between job site and project manager.
• Manage field employees and scheduling of manpower for projects.
• Inspect and verify job quality, progress, changes, safety, and production.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget and quality specs.
• Develop subcontractor base and manage field labor and material.
• Travel to different jobsites as directed by management.
• Composes and edits reports, spreadsheets, and presentations; review job cost reports.
