Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in California seeks a Superintendent to lead plumbing project execution. You will schedule materials, equipment, and manpower, oversee quality, and cultivate strong contractor relationships to deliver projects on time and to spec.

The role requires seven plus years as a senior PM/Superintendent, a related degree or equivalent experience, and proficient MS Office skills. Travel to jobsites and strict attention to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Management or related field preferred, experience may compensate.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• California Driver License with good DMV record.
• 7+ years' experience as a full-charge Project Manager/Superintendent.
• Knowledge of Plumbing/HVAC construction.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain clear communication between job site and project manager.
• Manage field employees and schedule manpower for each project.
• Inspect quality, track progress, changes, safety, and production.
• Ensure jobs finish on time, within budget and quality specs.
• Field labor and material management; identify and fix issues and protect revenue.
• Observe site safety during management visits.
• Maintain relationships with Builder operations.
• Develop subcontractor base and grow qualified manpower.
• Read plans, perform takeoffs, estimate costs and review cost controls.
• Provide technical support to field personnel.
• Travel to different jobsites as directed by management.
• Review job cost reports for accuracy.
