Job summary

Atmac Mechanical Services LLC is seeking a field commander to lead field operations on commercial HVAC projects. You will push crews, supervise trades, and ensure quality workmanship with a no-excuse mindset.

You’ll train journeymen and apprentices, build strong teams, enforce safety, and maintain project schedules and documentation. This role demands hands-on leadership and a track record of delivering results. Competitive pay and benefits offer growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC construction experience.
• 4+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, and construction management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• No-compromise attitude toward safety and quality workmanship.
